You are correct. I hope I did not come off as too much of a butthead. I was just trying to give you a hard time.
I am jealous you still have your childhood team to cheer for. I grew up in Houston cheering for the Earl Campbell "Luv Ya Blue" Oilers then Warren Moon and the "House of Pain" Oilers. The Oilers were my favorite team of any team in any sport. When they left for Tennessee it felt like a family member had left for good. Being based in MIA since 1992 I have adopted the Dolphins as my favorite football team. In a way they are a lot like the Oilers: either very bad or when finally good they lose in heartbreaking fashion.

To add college teams to the mix I live and die with my alma mater: University of Utah.

Good luck to your Chargers!

Was an Earl Campbell fan, back on the day, he was a badass. Don't fret, I believe we'll have a lot to cheer for, this year, in Miami!

Hopefully Ryan Tannehill has the year every expert is predicting for him. Looking over the Dolphins schedule I think they can realistically go 10-6 or even 11-5. The schedule is brutal for the second half of the season though.

I was at Lambeau Field a couple of years ago for a game. It's a beautiful modern(ized) facility, but you can't help but see everything as if it's an old NFL Film, or hearing every announce ment in John Facenda's voice...

Boy KEV, you're right about EVERYTHING  NFC Central    !!!!!!
No other DIVISION (and I'm taking NOTHING away from the AWESOME STEELERS) Was physically TOUGHER than the VIKES-PACK-BEARS-LIONS, if for nothing else, the BRUTAL weather   !!!
I can remember being in Metropolitan Stadium in Bloomington, MN in  J A N U A R Y (for playoff games) with say, the LA RAMS or DAL-ASSS Cowboys.........................FREEZING  thier ASSS's  OFF (with heaters on thier side line), while Vikings coach  Bud Grant allowed  NO  HEATERS.  All you saw were Giant hulking figures standing there drapped in huge Purple Cape's waiting for Fran Tarkenton  to score, then those monsters  Carl Eller, Allen Page, Jim Marshall and Gary Larsen (later) Doug Southerland would take the field (in that cold) waiting to snap-in-half the first MFer that came thier way,.........................and I know there were similiar situations like that with the PACK. (Not sure if VINCE allowed heaters though) Did he ?

Lombardi allowed sideline heaters. He didn't allow players to wear gloves, though.
