You got that right. Add to the entire onboard experience, how about multiple gate changes requiring customers to go back and forth between concourses and have to go through the TSA nitemare every time! There is a lady on a usenet group complaning about 7 gate changes, back and forth between the same two gates, for the same flight in a 40 minute span by AA at MIA over the weekend. I have to admit I've experienced that as well, multiple gate changes, and gate agents who's hands are tied and all they can say is you need to write to consumer affairs to complain.
