Are there any debates or informational meetings held by any of the candidates to inform their fellow flight attendants

No. That is not the AApfa way. The preferred method is to get your particular coterie to put out as many lies and half-truths about the other candidates as possible within the 30 day voting period. That way you only have to stand for Motherhood, the flag, and apple pie--i.e., nothing specific that you might be reminded of once you win.

Patience, patience. The first round will be over in just 7 days. Voting ends 29JAN, but because of the number of candidates for each office, there will be runoffs, more than likely.
