Anyone at ASA...Can Copilots fly the A/C?

Heard from a guy who heard from a guy that ASA policy requires copilots to engage the autopilot at 500' after T/O, and leave it on until on final approach...hard to believe...but he was "sure" it was true.

So, ASA pilots...whassup wid' dat'?

Hoping he was mistaken...
