Were as in SKYTRAX they rate airlines from customers, not Professional entities. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! UniTED really doesn't have to much competition in the TransPacific market from other US airlines (market share) now do they???

Ah, the Skytrax rankings. It's like being picked as the hottest tramp in the 185 lb weight class for the entire trailer park, as chosen by the resident men (and the former resident men in prison). :rolleyes:

Obviously you are just another Frontier hater from United. That's fine. I like both Frontier and United but I don't like little radicals like you.

Now then, if you knew about the airline business you would know that Frontier does not report numbers to the DOT for ranking purposes because they are not a "Major Airline", which for this definition is predicated on over one billion dollars in annual revenue. However, F9 tracks this data internally and the numbers are quite good. I believe load factors are running in the 80 to 85% range and when the on-time data is superimposed onto the DOT list, Frontier usually ranks in the top ten. You will be able to check this data out for yourself next spring when F9 is expected to break the one billiion dollar in annual revenue mark and therefore will be required to report to the DOT.

Guppy, my beef with you is that you come on this board , which is comprised of lots of personal opinions and anecdotal posts and you start challenging people's integrity and credibility. Relax man, the purpose of this board is entertainment, not research for your term-paper at ERU.

Interesting F9 rates the third best in North America behind Jetblue and Westjet of Canada. The only other US airline to rate was Continental. Maybe your the one with the blinders on. :shock:

OK, so your the third best low cost airline in North America?? Behind that juggernaut WestJet from Canada? This survey clearly included you in a very small category. Do you really think your operation is better than Southwest?
It takes more than TV's in the back of the seat to make a good airline. Next you are going to trot out testimonials from your last family reunion.

Please find me a credible study that shows F9 customer service, operational performance, or something other than your cheerleading...

My only statement was: "I think that you will find Frontier highly regarded by most of its customers and most of the folks in Denver". There was no scientific claim nor any reference to any other airline. Your insults are really uncalled for and unbecoming of someone as highly educated as you claim to be. Why the big push for evidence for an opinion that is subjective in nature, unless of course you really are working on that BA degree from... Thomas Edison?? Do they have "hate management" classes there as well?

I doubt C54 need defending, he seems to hold his own quite well. You on the other hand have been dumped so far down the hole, that it may be impossible to see anything. Maybe we should just flush now :up:

Thanks for proving my point, neither one of you was able to produce any type of study to back up that anyone would find F9 highly regarded. It was simply one person's opinion.

And BTW, it was both of you who resorted to name calling,

not only were you both incorrect, but also both quite easy to get spun up....

MrFishy is not a pilot with F9. He is a mechanic that was bounced from UAL and ended up at F9. He's just trying to justify his lot in life. It must be so mortifying for him so he keeps spewing the rancor he does at a big company like UAL, because he is a FORMER employee and he has ended up at a little company like F9.

You guys and FLY are amazing you really are!!!! You know nothing about me! Yes I worked at UAL HELL till I figured out that it was one of the WORST companies in the ENTIRE AIRLINE INDUSTRY thats why I walked when I had the chance. I should have done it earlier before the EFLOP wound up being worth NOTHING. Really who wants to work 6 days on with 2 off rotating days with only 14 weekends off a year? What a crap hole schedule that was! And your mechanics and ground crews still work that f#$&ed up schedule.

The ones that stay LOVE it! MOST HATED it and many are very happy that they don't have to put up with that f#*%ed up company anymore! And I am not a mechanic at Frontier I am in the maintenance and engineering department but not a mechanic. Face it, all you who think you owe your loyalty to a company that doesn't give a rats ass about you maybe one day you'll wake up to. UniTED has always suc'd and it will continue to suc after the BK exit. UniTED MANAGEMENT WILL NEVER CHANGE THE WAY THAT COMPANY HAS BEEN RUN FOR THE PAST 75 YEARS!
 
Lets watch the name calling or there will be some quiet time given out.
