Another DFW/LGW fl coming in late Oct or Early Nov. That will gives us 3 a day. I think its a use it or loose it scenario. It must be the STL/LGW route. I use a smiley face here, but is not meant downgrade any contribution from my bretheren in STL
Can't do it. The ancient bilateral between the US and UK requires all new service (new as of a long time ago) to go into LGW. Only the old "legacy" routes can serve LHR.

Actually, a handful of other airports can have LHR traffic, including:
1) Airports where there is only one airline operating to London (Denver and Phoenix, and, until October, San Diego)
2) Airports in the same market as an LHR aircraft (Baltimore is the only existing example, but Oakland and Ft. Lauderdale can have LHR service too)
3) Minneapolis-St. Paul and Anchorage.
