This flight arrives daily (i Think) at approx 1703 Yesterday it was ot. The idiots who make the schedule has this set to connect on the 1800 bank, first depts. 1755. Well all the bags must be cleared by US Customs & TSA. Well guess what yesterday first bags started comming down at departure of the 1755 flts. Long story short approx 70-75 % of the bags did not make connecting flights. This looks like everyday deal. WTF are these people in the palace thinking ? This is just a small thing in light of the big picture. But heres more customers who will never fly US again. Then they want our money.
Oh by the way if it wasn't for great effort by our folks making less even less bags would've made it.

Im sure Mr. Crellin in CCY will take immediate action....it's his responsibility to make sure this company performs operationally 100%....... B)

Want a big screwup? Go to Travelocity or Expedia fare listings right now and see how much US will charge you to fly SEA - FCO. Talk about a screwup.

Looks like US finally fixed their mistake, it was a $107+taxes/fee fare SEA-FCO. About $240 after taxes. It was supposed to be $600+. Sat out there all weekend.

He's busy figuring out fares from SEA to FCO. ...and you get a free headset......Poor man must be totally overworked. Im absolutely sure that MBJCLT mess will get his immediate attention. News said today it cost airlines apx $100 per delayed bag claim. That must run couple hundred thousand for PHL, alone per day!
