[BR] [BR]U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Stephen Mitchell last week gave US Airways permission to forward the plan to about 144,000 creditors for their consideration. The airline has until Jan. 31 to mail out copies, and creditors have until March 10 to respond or file objections. [BR][BR][BR][BR]
