A good company would not have all the red flags of a a horrible company, i.e. "we're family" "work hard play hard" etc.. guess which company has all those. A quick google search helps. Also heard and verified stories from people who work there about hazing and expecting probations mechanics to work past their 10 hour shifts, if not they fail probation. Intimidation tactics also include threats on your life and your personal well being from managers. Sounds like a place you want to work? Industry leading pay as well as industry leading death. There was an local news story like 12 years ago about someone committing suicide (mechanic) and written a letter to Gary Kelly. Said they work the hell out of him the full 6 months and fired him on the last day. What did Gary do, probably nothing. Oh wait he spread more cults and fake PR trash. Paid to clean up the story. Yeah sounds like a crappy place to work.

oh probation mechanics work past 10 hours and unpaid, they said its cause you're not with AMFA yet. In six months when you're in you get paid, guess what nothing changes.

In summary its a cheap ass LLC SWA mech works for and they out source all his jobs cause they dont want to pay benefits for the additional man power or bodies that it requires, which would in-effect, improve the local economy and bring greater prosperity to America. Most of the 50-60 year olds who still works there, works like a dog cause they voted for a worthless union, they have no back shops out source the crap out of everything. Losers probably spent 30 years on graveyard. Its clear evidence that even companies can be communist or support it indirectly.

Even MBA's can be retards when it comes to running a well oiled machine, SW proves that as long as you stay loyal, you get promoted and do more damage with H.S. education, you can destroy even the company with the best reputations in the past. Just make up more PR stunts and pay poor college students to write fake articles about what a great company it is.
Major corporations dont need to spread propoganda, they got real problems they solve on a daily basis. Better step up the fake press release game, Southwest, u destroyed christmas week and new years for thousands of Americans no one ever forgets that.

That’s true for the Ramp as well. They have mandatory day off overtime in their Contract and management uses it often. Many times forcing them to work both days off. So sure they make money but they get their asses handed to them to earn it. They even just voted down their newest TA by 63% which I’m hearing was for 3 reasons. Pay for the lower scales, the never ending mandatory and they say their medical sucks.

The whole idea of that is to work them till they quit, so the crappy #1 LLC or #1 LCC as SWA mech just said can hold the title of no layoffs. Its nothing but propaganda a bit of PR stunt and a cult like culture that is the whole principle of a communnist regime.

And dont think its any different for mechanics, flight attendants or pilots. two choice of shifts AM or PM for the rest of your life as a pilot. How pathetic.
