American A321Touched Down Short of CLT Runway

Empanage needs to be replaced and probably a few other things.

The one that struck in PHL did have rear pressure bulkhead damage, but was fixed in house at the CLT line hangar.
Not sure if you are referring to the 320 in PHL, but if you are it wasn't repaired. A/C 113 looked about the same at the tail as this one does, and as far as I know it's still sitting in PHL with the name painted over. I do recall a 321 with a tail strike in LAS a while back that was repaired, so perhaps that's the one you are thinking of.

Nope I am talking about a A321 that had a tail strike in PHL over 10 years ago, the plane was ferried to CLT and repaired there.

The A320 you are talking about was just a year or so ago.

The 320 that still sits on the ramp in PHL was a total loss.  However, the damage to that airplane was much more extensive than the tail damage to the recent 321 incident.  The totalled 320 had damage to the nose section, including that landing gear.
