Of all the people on the plane, was he the only one who got sick from eating the inflight meal?

Also, I just love this part of the complaint:

The lawsuit alleges that American and Sky Chefs failed to properly maintain or prepare Cortes’ meal and that the airline shouldn’t have allowed Cortes to board the Miami flight without first securing medical attention for him. Cortes’ family is seeking more than $1 million in damages.

AA should station a physician at every gate to assure that passengers are medically fit to board the flights.

I've always said that some of those "chicken" dishes look suspect. Have you ever noticed that you never see any stray dogs over by the catering kitchen? (To be fair, it may be that the dog went by, took one look, and said to himself, "You know, I'm not that hungry." )
