Air Project will be holding an open house Mon Sept 29, Tues Sept 30, and Wed Oct 1 from 9:30 AM to to 4:00 PM. Location - Goodwill's Park 100 Advancement Center 5827 W. 73rd St Indianapolis. Due to the requirements of the program anyone that wants to get the "FULL" benefits offered by the program has to have a "program plan" in by a deadline of OCT 1. If you have not been to them yet or wish to work with them they require you have the following documents with you:
1) Drivers License, birth cert. or US passport.
2) Social Security card or US passport
3) Veteran or Selective Service status
4) Copy of lay off notice
5) Copy of last paycheck stub
6) Copy of current resume'
7) Your personal calender
More than 2000 people from two dozen affected companies have used this program. It provides information and training to find a job in your presnt career choice or a new one. This is a Federal and State funded program.
"NOTE" You must be UNEMPLOYED to utilize their services.
This information is being provided to attempt to offer those affected an option and is not necessarily an endorsement and there is NO union involvement. Please pass the word.
