Just curious, with the combined AA/US

1.   What  NS destinations are available out of MSP ?
2.   How many total flights daily (all NS cities combined)  ?
And
3. Who's doing the TKT / Ramp work in MSP ?

Muchas Gracias....Y'ALL !

From:  DFW, 6 mainline/day non-stop
            ORD, 6 mainline/day, 2 AE/daily
            MIA,  2 mainline/day

No other non-stops that I can find.  Haven't a clue as to station staffing.

Thanx everyone.
Yes, I figured that at least DFW/ORD/CLT/PHL and PHX would have N/S's.
I believe (pure) AA wiped-out MSP as far as TWU rampers go, though I could be mistaken.  Even if they did, once the US flts. get added into the 'mix,......I'm guessing that....THAT would be enough to re-unionize that ramp, provided they un-unionized it to begin with.

Thanx again.

They still are TWU rampers; only difference being, instead of working for AA - they work for AE/Envoy.  Last I heard, they are switching back to AA though.

That's great if the ramp in MSP will revert back to ML employees. As far as i know, the IAM CBA only addresses the outsourcing of current work. While there  are numbers in regard to minimum amount of ML flights, I believe that there is some language stating the it doesn't pertain to work that has been previously outsourced. Hopefully that will change when a joint CBA goes into effect. Pretty much gives the company the OK to open a new station with an unlimited number of ML flights, and doesn't require them to give the work to ML IAM employees.

I dont believe that is true.

The CBA states the flight activity will be reviewed every April.

Yes, but there is some language in the latest CBA that addresses stations that have been previously outsourced. The only station that has ever come back to the IAM, has been ATL a few years ago. I believe that IAH is, and has been over the target number for quite some time without the work coming back. I will have to look in the new CBA when I get to my copy. I can say for a fact, that the old and new CBA clearly state that the target number doesn't apply to any newly opened stations for ML staffing.

LAA ramp is currently AE.  They are not TWU as they are classified as Station Agents and not fleet service clerks.  Many, if not most are the former mainline TWU FSC's though.  GSE was eliminated a few years back, but they still lease the space for it.  Since LUS is still mainline IAM below the wing I would expect that either with the JCBA or SOC LAA ramp will revert to mainline as the the combined schedule under SOC would bring it above the cap and I would expect the JCBA to cover the separate ops until SOC.
