Big fine for AA over tarmac delays. Nothing worse than sitting and waiting for takeoff. I also believe that delays due to weather should not be included. Weather is out of everyone's control. However, all Pilots check weather prior to even getting on airplane, so why even load if there is a potential weather issue where they are going or even where they are at.
