Word on the street is that the TWU obtained a letter of agreement from AMR to the effect that there is a no furlough clause from AMR to the TWU because the TWU participated in the effort to get JTI for the AA/BA deal.

Is that real and can we get a copy of that LOA?

Do the TWU and AA have an LOA that requires a "no adverse impact" clause due to the TWU joining AMR in requesting Joint Trust Immunity, JTI, for the proposed AA/BA codeshare?

We should not be ceding Europe slots unless Star and Skyteam do also. I thought this agreement was supposed to equalize the three alliances. Why do we have to give up LHR slots if Lufthansa doesn't at FRA?
