Same pilots fly the A319, A320 and A321, and its only like a several week class for them to go from the A320 family to the A330.
 
And the same pilots also fly the A332 and A333.

The A320 is the same subfleet as the 319 and 321. The 330 200/300 is the same subfleet. The 777 200/300 is the same subfleet. The 767 200/300 is the same subfleet. I'm talking about either you fly a A320 family or a 777 family or A330 family aircraft. You can't be qualified on all at the same time. We AMT'S will jump from one to another in the same day. No proficiency or minimal at best. Great for pilots but it sucks for us.
