Sounds like the union goons are hoping for the worst, how typical, the union mentality is more important than anything else.

kt..odds,

Just curious. UAL & USAir have been in C11 for quite a while now..... If you are a "former' wrench" from either of these two........or anywhere for that matter... What , pray tell, have you been doing in "the mean time' besides sitting around with your thumb up your ass? You seem to be sooooo eager to lick the
........boots of your master, for throwing you a small crumb .....so grateful for hiring you ? why are you so desperate ? You are so pitiful. And what is even more so, is that you actually think that anyone has any respect for you......
keep telling yourself that. Because after all is said and done........you will still be saying it, and saying it, and saying it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

SN 😀 🙄 B) 😛

Truth hurts don't it?

Nope, took early retirement from managment, yeah, just call me evil and all that. I'm in another industry now, a non union one!

Damn Saturday don’t blow a head gasket your starting to stutter. You really need to keep up with the posts and in all topics that is related to this. When you don’t you come out sounding like a babbling idiot. Have you ever sat through a meeting and then its opened up for questions and the answer to the first question was answered during the information put out in the meeting? Then everybody looks at you like where the hell where you 3 minutes ago?
Every one of your questions has been answered. Keep up.

odds,

I will respond at my leisure. And to what ever post I wish. I will not waste time regressing to your past posts, to read your dribble. As I said, you just sit around with your thumb up your ass, waiting for your next marching order from the Gestapo Headquarters.
I am amazed though, that you have become so adept to typing with only one free hand!
You have no life, you are already, "dead from the neck up", you are just waiting around for the rest of the mess to catch up........you gutless moron. So run along now...
Your dismissed.

Yeah, total hydraulic failure. That's normal operation according to NWA? Flying to and from Hawaii on one engine. Is that is normal operation also? Aircraft logbooks covered in orange MEL placards and aircraft on the verge of falling out of the sky. Face it you NWA scabs! Your mechanical skills SUCK and NWA's plan is falling apart as a public relations nightmare. Nobody wants to fly on a SCAB maintained airline!

So princess, KTO has got your panties in a wad, glad to see it. Read the paper this mourning ? NWA is recovering from the delays you vandals created before the strike. your credability is falling rapidly 1500 replacement mechanics are doing the jobs it took 4500 unions F88k$ to do. Most of the replacement mechanics have been in the industry for twenty or more years, 27 for me. I've forgotten more about aircraft maintenance than you'll ever learn in your union specific task oriented enviroment. 😛 if you ever get the chance to work in this industry again.!!! most mro's would toss your resume in the trash. 😉 we'll keep the birds flying safely  it may take some time to discover all of your sabotage hopfully no one will die because of it. maybe i'll run into you at burger king some day. hold the pickles. 😉

I seem to remember on the "A" TEAM TV show the character "Mr. T" was scared to death of flying. They had to knock him out with drugs to get him on an aircraft. If NWA keeps up it's scab maintenance program, they will have to knock out the passengers with drugs also to get them onboard NWA aircraft.

They are not worried about work being performed by us lowly scabs. We are slowly earning their respect as mechanics. However they are getting concerned about the current events of sabotage.

It would be interesting to see if your FAA Certification number is attached to any of the A/C log books with the aircraft problems at Northwest. You have earned you SCAB status and you will never be a respected Mechanic. All of the NWA Pilots are writing your numbers down and sending them to all the unions. You have been ruined in this industry pal! By the way what airport are you working at?

I HATE SCABS!

So is it "Welcome to Wal-Mart" or "Do you want fries with that?"?

Quit pretending to be somebody else and giving your other personalities a pat on the back, KTO. You're not fooling anybody with your imaginary friends.

Unions are fading fast in America , partly because of the Wal-Marting of America . Passengers could care less if a scab mechanic worked on the plane or if a scab pilot was flying it , all they want is the cheapest price with the fewest stops .

Until Unions(read ALL union members) start acting like a labor union and have rock solid solidarity the Union decline will continue . With non-union LCC's and pilots and mechanics willing to work for crumbs I see the decline continuing .

What are you on? Just don't forget to... Puff, Puff, Pass!

Back to the incident discussed here. Was this double hydraulic failure with the RAT being deployed? I'm assuming that the RAT was the flapping sound that a passenger reported. Since the aircraft was towed in, I'm assuming that's what happened.
Anyone have details?

I imagine that Billings, MT will have a static display until the strike ends.

No, WalMart and Home Depot are where union mechanics go to work when they screw themselves out of a job because they didn't get a degree.

There is a nice, great world of opportunities out there that are non union, but, you actually have to work your shift, not rely on archaic featherbedding or other union policies that let you be an unproductive slug.

But, hey, Stick Together!

LOL (can you show me where the electric fans are boy?)

What makes you think we don't have degrees? Just for the record, most of us have successful side businesses that will prevent us from joining you at the drive through.

Boy, I don't know what anti-union talking points you're getting your information from but if you think there's any airline out there that allows "archaic featherbedding" to exist, you are sadly mistaken.

Nobody ever said there weren't good non-union jobs out there, but unions don't occur without bad management. Look at HP (the airline, not the computer maker) for instance; for almost 15 years their mechanics were non-union, now they're Teamsters. Think the IBT did that on their own? CAL and AirTran, same thing.

The nice thing about unions for aircraft mechanics is they give us the ability to stop and airplane that's unsafe without worrying about our jobs, something the NWA scabs won't have when management doesn't need to kiss up to them anymore.

LOL (can you show me where the electric fans are boy?)

No, but get me a shopping cart and be quick about it, Boy.
