Flew US this past weekend for the first time since all the website and Dividend Miles merger and associated issues.

Call me a cynic, but it seems that flyastrojets received the service that every customer should expect as long as weather/ATC/mechanical problems don't interfere.

Though I'm certainly glad that flyastrojets' flights went well, this sort of trip report shouldn't be considered "breaking news" - it should be the norm.

I've got upcoming flights that were booked on the new website, so I'll cross my fingers for similar luck.

I agree 100% as it should be with ALL customer service oriented companies. It's nice to see something positive...Thanks!
