PLEASE continue your efforts and your updates. I work for an airline that doesn't have pro-active posters, and seem to lack the passion for their airline. I have never met you or for the most part, any USAirways employee, but over the last 5 years (since my furlough) I have pined for industry information, thoughts, opinions, etc...and you have always been someone that seems to do his research, makes educated predictions, states opinions, and is not afraid to go out on a limb about your airline or other competitors. Thanks, and don't stop.........
 
But hey, guys...they are trying to improve things. The Migration Relief list is about 7 or 8 pages long...spreadsheet style...with lots of things on it. Check it out. They are listening.


They are listening???If they were listening they would have asked and listened to our opinions BEFORE the migration!!!!We had concerns all along.....Did you know Europe and the carib are going to get native shares?? Why ??Because this stupid system is simply not working for then at all!!!We have been begging for access to native shares sinces Sabre was turned off.It does not work for Intl operations and with the busy transatlantic season approaching fast please give us the ability to choose to use Qik or native shares just like CO does for their agts...They trust their employees.

To 320pilot...Have you walked around Phl lately...You will see in the faces of the agts a majority of sad and hopeless faces...Hopeless because we are NOT being listened to...We are Not being heard...WE ARE YOUR AIRLINE.Wasnt the airline the ones who passed out the pins for employees saying I make us fly..It might be a good idea to actually come to the aiports and see how your airline runs!!!!

Get off of this forum and check out what they are working on to improve the system even more. There are multiple pages or items that are either completed or being looked at. They are listening, but you don't speak up to those that listen.

Once again the company mouthpiece appears.

He mistakes bitching with not caring. He mistakes criticizing incompetent mangagement with being disgruntled. He tells passengers who go way beyond writing angry letters to management to fly someone else.

He calls pilots who stand up for their profession fools.

He is an enabler. Has been since the mess started. Because he thinks being an enabler will keep him flying his jet. Being a company shill will "save" the company just like he thinks he did when he voted in the present contract. But he's got to keep that job. Keep the company running. So he can fly his jet.

At 40% less per year than a Southwest pilot.

If I flew my jet the way this management runs this company I would have been terminated long ago. Rightly so.

But this mouthpiece could care less about the management incompetence. All he cares about is keeping his "job". And he'll spout any company line if he thinks it will help him do so.
