What did I steal? What have I lied about? Exactly what have I done that makes me a hypocrite?
I have kept my word and am trying to abide by the Nicolau Seniority list (it was FIRST, before any MOU). As a pilot and former representative, I can not nor would not negotiate away from a mutually agreed upon process. Doing so would be illegal and immoral.
I have fought long and hard against the "tyranny of the majority", and have managed to be one in an army that has shoved DATE OF HIRE back down your vile throat.
Your actions and those of the USAPA faithful have cost every single pilot here hundreds of thousands of dollars. That's on you. Your group LIED about trumped up RICO charges, address-gate, and a host of other attacks.
I still don't know what the SLI is, but I'd bet a pop that your group is crying the loudest. .it's what you do best.
After the SLI is delivered, I'm going to enjoy watching choke on every bite...no matter what it is.

Your " sorry you were inconvenienced" statement to a LAA pilot who just lost 10k from Fergusons ' no vote sums it up. And the poor guy was a leukemia survivor. Trying to return to work.

Kirby made a joking reference to leaks when he revealed the draft was out. I have been wondering why no leaks so far. The way the West class is denying leaks today I can only guess the penalty must be either death or termination for those who transgress.

Had it gone their way they would be beating the drums.

Or just maybe we know how to honor our word in a mutual agreement. BTW, I don't think anyone is leaking anything for the simple reason that they were instructed as such. Thus no drum beating or wailing/gnashing of teeth.

Then there are those that insist on LYING & spinning wild stories because that is all they know how to do.

Just guessing Boo Boo, but maybe your real name is now fair game. A while back (after you thought the Ninth had imposed the Nic on USAPA as a bargaining position) you blew a gasket here and outed your identity. And even more recently you made it clear 53 was the same "either direction."

And why is something that happened in the last 10 years also "old news?" I personally think the West vote denying the returning cancer victim was horrible. It once again made clear the Nic or nothing mentality, the facts be damned.

How do you feel about the board voting to exclude/deny the same benefit for an East pilot? Make you mad? It should. Deny a West pilot? Oh, no problem...it's just a "westicle".

Now if I were to tell you that Ferguson & Scherff have championed several votes that affect CLT, DCA & PHL pilots...you would claim I'm lying, demand proof and then deny that my factual proof is also a lie.... so I won't waste my time.

I haven't paid attention enough to know his real name, and thus to know if he is the same one who voted to deny a cancer survivor a return to work.. but it's obvious he is the one who did because his own posts confirm it!

The West is total ape about everything. There is no excuse to deny return to a cancer survivor. None. No excuse.. accept in a West Fishbowl mind. Totally unacceptable. Unacceptable!!

I am going out on a very sturdy limb and say the core West group has been informed by Fergi.  Yesterday was stunning in the number of denials, even one by a proxy who we have never seen on the boards denying inside knowledge for someone else!
 
St. Nic may come or go, but let us all pray it is the American proposal that is not used.  All "wins" start there.
 
Congrats to the East 99 hires getting AB capt slots.  Looks like we got the 8 year (plus) fence we wanted at Wye anyway, no matter the SLI outcome.
