Southwest retaliates against maint workers

Looks like if you worked there for 30 years, and call in sick like a normal human being, this company will retaliate against you. AMFA's industry leading contract at work, lowest technician ratio to aircraft in the industry. Looks to me like this guy got a case, age discrimination, if you dont get more sick as you age, you must be a machine. Then again even machines break down.

Those people need to forget about AMFA giving them any help and apply for FMLA.

A company that threatens to terminate people during major winter storms for not showing up or mando OT, shouldn't exist.

Good leaders/directors go down, offer donuts, apologies, hot coffee, and give a speech, and offer double or triple time for people to stay when mandatory event occurs. Apparently Southwest never did that lol.

just email ill fire your ass if you leave or if you call in sick haha organic H.S. educated leadership at SW.
