WN Flight Attendant Baes

I have a question for WN flight attendants. southwest.com has the following list of bases:

Locations: Bases are in Baltimore/Washington, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Oakland, Orlando, and Phoenix and the Company will assign the initial base

However, a story run today by the Providence Journal states:

They belong to the Transport Workers Union, Local 556, based in Dallas. The union represents about 7,200 flight attendants for Southwest, including about 53 based at T.F. Green

Is this statement true? Does Southwest have flight attendants based at PVD, or are they really BWI based commuting from PVD?

Southwest does NOT have an attendant base at PVD. They must be talking about commuters.
