(Washington, D.C.) – Patricia Friend, International President of the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA), strongly urged flight attendants at Northwest Airlines reject a raid of their membership by the so-called independent Professional Flight Attendants Association (PFAA). The Northwest flight attendants are represented by the Flight Attendants Union, Teamsters Local 2000.
