I read where the inflight internet access will cost a flat $15. Imagine, paying $15 to get all the e-mails about viagra, webcam, job opportunity and pleas from Nigerians to help them move some money.

All the sources I''ve seen have the price significantly higher than $15. The reports I''ve read all had the price at $15.98 for the first 2 ****kB**** plus an additional $0.10 per additional kB. Load a single webpage then and your bill could soar to $25.98. Sounds like a rotten deal to me. If the price was per MB then the deal might be somewhat more reasonable.
