Why are fliers avoiding the world's largest airline?

Huh?    Which blog?

The USA Today story is a typical Chris Elliott hatchet job, but it was published yesterday (May 17, 2015).

Why are people avoiding AA?   Crappy management, beginning with the drunk in charge.

Some people--let's remember only 2 were named in the article--may be avoiding AA.  But then, I have to ask, why is just about every flight I work jam-packed full with F/C full of revenue passengers?  Also, they are not on "exclusive routes" where if you want to fly you have to take AA.  And, there is that little issue that even the writer admitted too--record profits in recent quarters.  Just sayin'.

Hopefully the Pan Am lav dumper known as Hector Adler read this today! He is completely useless when it comes to understanding the onboard experience and all that goes into it. His understudy Dan Peters is also a waste of space. They should both be sent packing to Delta.

Because as long as there is an ass in the seat on FC or coach DUI's team doesnt care. Customer service? Whats that? Whether you are a customer or employee you are just a number in the new airline world and very replaceable.

My mistake. I could have sworn I saw 2014.

C'mon Tom (Tom Horton) you need to get past the fact that they chucked out all of your friends like yesterday's bad news. Heck and if this is what a drunk can do with an airline, maybe your friends should have drank a lot more? Man did they really stink at their jobs.
