Does anyone remember the lawsuit that was brought against the company for its handling of the SuperSaver 401-K Plan? Had something to do with the company invested a lot (or a majority) of the available money in American Beacon rather than in more prudent funds. Seems a settlement has been reached.

Now, I don't want any of you to faint from envy, but my check arrived today. In the settlement of the suit, my share came to $11.01!!! I think I'm going to invest it in real estate.

Would be vaguely interested to know how much the lawyers collected from the settlement.

I recall getting this notice a few months ago and decided to ignore it knowing the payout would be ridiculously minuscule.
