If the Amfa members are so fond of Amfa than why is their so many wanting changes to the constitution?

You know if I was pushing for an outside organization to come in and take over here at AA, I believe I would be talking up a storm about the convention this week! You have to wonder why most of the Amfa pushers aren't even concerned or informed enough to even know its going on! This is pretty pathetic on their part!!

Do you think Delle will show up for his own convention..? Sounds like he may have to defend that "Proof is in the Pudding" constitution of his...! With that amount of proposals for change "500+".....WOW.....!!!!!!

He may not get appointed " Most likley to succeed" .... Hmmmmmmm??????

It is called GROWTH!

And if an Organization refuses to change with the times and members needs, then they become old and outdated and then they will face an NMB election a get replaced. Just like what is about to happen to the TWU.

You should have known the answer to this one! Because you are living why!

AMFA members want to change their Constitution but TWU, IAM and Teamster members want to change unions.

Still waiting to see a card drive or an election at an AMFA represented carrier to go to the TWU.

As far as the Convention, I'll leave it to my fellow mechanics, mechanics that did not vote to give everything away like the TWU led guys here.
