There comes a time when enough is enough. You've given back more money and benefits than you care to count, and your lifestyle is so changed that it hurts.

So the question is when is enough enough?

Does an A320 Captain feel comfortable making only $100/hour after 25 plus years of professional flying? How about $75, well what about $45. Yes there operators out there that pay that. We'll what about $30, or $25 just to "keep a company" to work for. We all have our limits. Mr USA320pilot, sir, what is yours. At what point is giving away your professional abilities below your dignity sir? I'd like to know.

Men of honor took down Lorenzo, and you directly benefited! I am friends with many of them. And their lives went on.

The mechanics and rampers have made their limit known. Their concession stand seems to be closed.

An entity which does not allow personal dignity should not be allowed to exist. Of course, we all define that differently.

So again Mr. USA320pilot, at what point will your wage be below your dignity?

I agree...everyone has thoir own limits to what they will sell their services to this company. I have reached my limit along with many others. I find no interest into taking my wages back to the 1980's level to keep this company alive. It is best to move on and explore other opportunities. For some, those wages the company wants to pay are fine. Everyone sets their limits. That being said, the company should offer BuyOuts of enough compensation, to allow those folks to leave that wish to leave, and those that prefer to stay, allow them to stay and recall those that are currently on furlough, if they wish to return. This seems like it would keep everyone happy and allow those of us that wish to leave, dignaty and resources to continue our lives. But I suspect this is not the course of action Mr. Glass has in mind.

Bill,

We all prefer to see A320's reply.

i thought we werent on a name calling basis per your post there bill? the last post may not be a girl who knows.

Bill,

I'd like to see what 320's bottom line is also. For academic reasons.

Thanks,

Dea

I too would be interested. I would also be interested to find out if he would remain as steadfast if the productivity enhancements would cause him to downgrade to F/O.

A320 -- After you answer the question above, are you willing to take the additional 40% or thereabouts that might result from a downgrade?

320 has given so much to this forum, we would all like to have him give one last answer. Please hurry 320, the PAINFUL wait feels like a steamroller running over my fingers on the keyboard. And please, just a one line answer will do. ;)

Yeah I would like to see it too. I have asked him this before. How little will you work for, what is your bottom line? Do you have a bottom line?

I am sure no one here really expects him to answer that question. He has never answered a question posed directly to him.

I hope he does answer though, I too am curious.

I feel that USA320Pilot owes us all an awnser after 3 years of telling everyone else what they must do to try to save his backside.

Painfull clauses , this ands that. I think he should be good enough to change his screen name from USA320Pilot to CKA320Pilot (You can figure that one out)
