:huh: I hope you guys don't mind me asking, but several of us furloughed from majors and currently working for a regional have heard horror stories about trainees not making through SWA training. What is the percentage of trainees being released? I was told there is a 100 question final with no retakes regardless of how well you may have performed on the other exams. A tough training program is good, but some of us are deathly afraid of not having anything to fall back on if we resign our recall rights, and then get released if something happened during ground school. Myself and this other girl got invites to a SWA openhouse recently, and we were wondering......
