NOT AGAIN! How much this time? Is his Golden Parachute part of Dell's cost reduction program?

No so fast... I'm sure he's getting something, but I doubt it was anywhere near the definition of a parachute...
Far be it from me to try and defend Carty, but he stepped into the position when the previous CFO was fired. My guess is that the board asked him to do it on a temporary basis while they did a search to identify a permanent CFO.
