I have extensively studied the crash and everything seems to back the NTSB's conclusion that pilot error was to blame.
I would like to hear the opinions of pilots and others with aviation experience and/or people who have studied the details of the crash.
There is a thread on another forum were up to page 5 but you should really start at page 1 to com up to speed. I have posted links there to most of the NTSB reports and the articles by the main conspiracy monger who posts there also.

I saw something on another thread indicating that the Senator had gone on the cheap. Was is Aviation Charter a "cut-rate" company?
