I wouldn't last a day in customer service. Someone's teeth would have been all over the floor years ago. I would flip out if someone said things to me that I have heard said to gate agents. Homey don't play dat.

I agree with you here/ I also would not last one day in C/S as I would not be able to take it either.

you are right. aside from phx new starting wage sbux starting wage is more. and their leads make more than $1 extra. they are usally $3-$4 higher that the regular joe.
