Officials posted the final vote count by unsecured creditors and shareholders in the bankruptcy plan of American Airlines and parent AMR. Here’s the breakdown of “yes” votes compared to the total voting:

AMR Class 5, AMR Equity Interests 99.22% NA
AA Class 4, AA General Unsecured Guaranteed Claims 99.98% 99.32%
AA Class 5, AA Other General Unsecured Claims 99.35% 98.59%
AA Class 6, AA Union Claims 100% 100%
AA Class 7, AA Convenience Class Claims 99.00% 99.37%
Eagle Class 3 Eagle General Unsecured Claims 97.92% 97.73%
Eagle Class 4 Eagle Convenience Class Claims 100% 100%
The first category is a weighted vote by the dollars represented by claimants. The second category represented the percentage of voters, regardless of dollar amount held.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane will consider confirming the plan, as well as a number of objections to its confirmation, on Thursday, Aug. 15.
