Everyone should take a good hard look and read the FULL TEXT in addition to the side by side comparison before voting.

Isn't it amazing what can be accomplished in 4 days when the company wants something?

Looking back to the pre-2003 cluster the AMR "management" style is becoming all too apparent. Even in the best of times, the company retains the right to manage the business but choose to manufacture a crisis to do their respective jobs. It's rather evident this won't be changing anytime in the future as the same tricks that sold the 2003 concessions are being employed. The "I've got mine" attitude is apparent and rampant.

Read the full text - it shows the company isn't offering a thing they don't have control over - that goes for the "jobs saved". This is designed with enough "sweeteners" in hopes of winning over the IGM crowd with those jobs "saved" probably getting a short reprieve at best. The real concern is from the twu international, hoping to keep their lifestyle we pay for and to help keep little jimmy (and his minions) from being ousted by the NYC bus drivers at the next convention - we are simply cannon fodder - a means to an end for these people, and I don't appreciate that attitude at all, considering they're deducting money from my check every other week. I can pay the same amount and get much better abuse at the local whorehouse, if I that's what I really want.

Previous example shows those with the reins haven't a clue about running a business - I'll be damned if I'll help their mismanagement by greasing these wheels.
