If you look down, almost every airline has a video like that posted on Utube. It makes me wonder; what the heck is the job of the guy at the slide? why not just open the door and push the stuff out. Makes about as much sense as paying some guy to pull it off and dump it on the ground and then pay other duy to walk over to the luggage tug to put it on.
