US applies for new Boston service

US filed applications with DOT to fly Saturday only service between BOS and NAS and BOS and CUN.[BR][BR]Proposed service to begin next March.

Doesnt AA already do BOS-CUN?

As somebody else pointed out, US has quite a few authorities out of BOS but never used them.[BR][BR]Unfortunately, with the Florida cuts, US may have reduced its FF base to a point where independently it can't really be considered a huge contender. OTOH, with the addition of United to the FF plan, its my understanding that most every United FF in BOS is planning on using US for Shuttle flights and doing so after having to choose amongst US, DL, and AA.
