Last Wednesday a US Airways code share flight was operated by Qatar Airways using a Gas to Liquids kerosene mix. Taking off from London Gatwick at 10:15 in the morning, the six hour commercial flight QR76, codeshare with US Airways, actually managed to land in Doha at 6:55 at night, ten minutes earlier than its schedule landing time.
