By my count, this brings to 209 the count of planes that will have cure payments made so that the lessor/EETC holder can not repossess them. Of this 209, 121 are mainline (including the 25 that are to be returned to GE over the next 3 years as part of the agreement with them), 73 are Express, and 15 are MDA.

There is one thing I should add.....

I have no idea how many planes are owned and not mortgaged to the hilt, thus not subject to Section 1110. I do know that a small number are collateral for the ATSB-backed loan, so presumably no one else has the power to repossess them.

OK, one other thing I should add.....

Several of the lessors/EETC holders have objected to the 1110 agreements, specifically the amount of the cure payments. They are claiming that the company's amounts are too low. Presumably, this will not affect the 1110 agreements themselves, only the amount of cure payments owed.

Ok, Ok, one last thing (I promise).....

One of the agreements with Bombardier calls for the cure payments to substitute for pre-delivery deposits on 3 CRJ-700's. That (together with the RJ leases in the GE MOU) would explain why PSA has cancelled some furloughs previously announced and is talking about recalling some furloughed employees.

Interesting... As expected, Boeings appear to be leaving the fleet -- none of the 767s or 757s appear on the list, and the only 737s left are GECAS units.

Is there a breakdown somewhere of which aircraft are being sent back early under the terms of the GECAS agreement?

To answer the 2nd question first, I haven't seen one.

There's a typo in the list in the first post of the thread. Under Bombardier (Regional Jets), N315PS should be N215PS.

Finally, on the first comment from Former ModerAAtor, here is a list of aircraft that are still subject to extensions to the 1110 deadline, so no final determination has been made in respect to them:

Are these the seven aircraft that are sitting on the tarmac in Brazil, or are we already in possession of these?
