At this point, EVERY week is critical for UA, as has been the case for months. But each week that passes without significant progress to avoid Chapter 11, only inches us closer to it. I must admit that I'll be very surprised if we can manage to avoid bankruptcy. I just don't see all the pieces falling into place for us to do that. I'm impressed with Tilton, but I just think time is against him now. In my opinion, given the BOD meeting on the 23/24, it wouldn't surprise me to see a bankruptcy filing within the next couple of weeks. I hope I'm wrong.
