Union Question

Greetings! 😀

I'm a copter pilot with a national EMS company. We've recently voted for union representation. If you were in our shoes, what MANDATORY language/benefits would you demand be in your initial contract?

I would make sure that HIRE DATE SENIORITY would be the ruling factor for anything relating to seniority; bidding shifts, vacation, retiring, nonrevving, furloughs, and recalls, etc.....
