I bought ZED fares on UAL a couple of weeks ago and was surprised by a change in their policy.
After picking up the tickets at USAir, we went to the UAL ticket counter to list for our flights. Apparently, since the merger, the UAL agents no longer have the ability to list non-revs....you have to call the UAL pass line.
Now, if you are an employee of another airline and call the passline, they charge you $25 per person to list you on the flights......( rip off)
However, if you can go online ahead of time at the address below, you can list yourself for free.
