Isnt that what the No voters said? That the economy will recover but once again, like in 95, we will be left stuck in a concessionary contract?

Great news for the shareholders but the union is supposed to serve the members, oh yea, I forgot this union is on company payroll-$3.1 million.

I remember the survey just before the 1995 contract. And I remember the company/union rhetoric about competition and the window of oppurtunity closing.

Then came SRP's with a 6 year 6 1/2 percent raise labor agreement, and some of the largest profits ever made by AA.

Now look at us. And now the company union puts out their little newsletter just as proud as the company would regarding the economic turn around.

Where is the snapback and the safety net in the event of an economic boom?

Those International officers that were on company pay just had the International make up what they lost from the company.
