According to TWU International Secretary-Treasurer John J. Kerrigan:

We know that millions of workers want to join unions so they can have a say in working conditions, wages and benefits that effect their lives and faimilies (See Screen Capture Below)

But wait just a minute John, becuase James C. Little of the TWU Air-Transport Division signed off on a contract covering our working conditions, wages and benefits that effect our lives and families WITHOUT FURTHER RATIFICATION. Did the members of your union get to have a say?

Based on documents provided by the TWU on their own website, the member NO LONGER has a say in the TWU!

See TWU/AA Supplemental Restructuring Agreement:
http://www.twuatd.org/aarestructure/letter...ent04242003.htm

A. Duration of the Agreement. Contingent on approval of this Letter of Agreement by the AMR Board of Directors and the TWU and without further ratification, the Restructuring Agreement will be effective beginning April 15, 2003, and shall remain in effect for a period of five (5) years and become amendable April 30, 2008.

Is that what you mean by join a union, and have a say, John?

Does the Right to Organize apply to a TWU member who wants a SAY in his contract John? Hell, no! That would be a violation of your Commie TWU Constitution!

THE TWU, DO AS WE SAY!...

...NOT AS WE DO!

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

"WITHOUT FURTHER RATIFICATION"

James C. Little TWU-ATD Director
