ATTENTION members!!! AMR bankruptcy – travel emergency and stock options claims
Dear Member:
As you are aware, American filed bankruptcy in November, 2011. Now, seven years later, the questions of what is owed to TWU members are being addressed. This post seeks information concerning any claim you might have on two of those issues.

On Feb 1-2, 2011, there was heavy snow. Some people came to work and got paid; they have no claim. Others tried to come to work, but were turned away at the gate; others would have come to work, but heard on the news that the base was closed. Stock Options
In the 2003 CBA, employees were to be awarded stock options, in three parts over three years. Some people exercised their options, in whole or in part, but others did not. Only those who had not fully exercised their stock options have a claim here. If on the date of bankruptcy you had outstanding stock options that had not been exercised, please let us know the following::
Number of shares of stock represented by outstanding option at bankruptcy, that you had not exercised?
