Turkish Airlines' 2009 profit down 51%, touts traffic growth

Turkish Airlines reported a 2009 net profit of TRY559.1 million ($369.5 million), down 50.7% from the TRY1.13 billion it earned in 2008, according to selected financial results released to the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
