Trustee Or Not?

Do you believe that Judge Mitchell needs to appoint a Trustee and that Trustee to run the Airline, to see that USairways has a viable chance of returning to a healthy company?

Anyone got that judges' email address? At least in my opinion a court apointed trustee
would give us a helluva lot better chance of survival. Anyone agree with me on this?
I am serious about the email address though.
