FL783 ATL STL
Just want to say thanks to all the great folks who made this a very plesant trip. First Flts. on FL.
311 CLT ATL very nice suprise. Was upgraded to business class. Pre dept. drinks great service snack basket & drinks en route ot arrival.
Flt 783 approx 25 min late into STL due late arr eqp in ATL. No upgrade on this one. But service was great, friendly crew. For CitrusJock....I spoke to the Capt upon arr. in STL & asked him if he knew my friend & we had quite a nice chat. He said he was the one who "broke him in". Sorry I didn't catch his name.
 
Coach, Glad to hear it went well. We honestly do try to make our customers enjoy their flying experience with friendly crews and a solid airplane. As you know, it doesn't always work out that way, but the thought process is there. I do hope you will fly FL again. BTW, did the Captain play a Harmonica during his pre-flight announcements? We have 2 that do, with 'MadDog' being the better... <Ducking Joe Tate's Darts> B)

Oh I will use FL again for sure. It really was a great trip & job well done. Sorry I missed the capt. you are talking about, maybe that will be next time.
 
I find that FL does try hard. They just don't go to all the places I need to go.

If the Captain who said "...broke him in" was referring to me, all I can say (a la Bill Clinton) is, "I've never had sexual relations with that Captain". :lol: Glad you had a nice trip.
