How long will this take after congress hears the motion to amend? Do you think ATA will set up shop with WN and feed its Island(s)and/or Europe operations out of DAL? DAL could be "International LUV" very soon!

IMO, BWI is ideal for any potential European TZ/WN stuff. Laugh if you may, but PVD is perfecly suited for limited (London/Paris) flights (espcially on a 757) like this being closer (less fuel), very inexspensive costs for int'l ops, and a very under-utilized FIS facility. Having the PVD flights would also tap into the HUGE greater BOS region - London/Paris markets...

Even if the the WA is repealed, there is not enough capacity at DAL for that to be the international hub for the combined ops.

It's not really set up for it, but international flights from ISP is an intriguing thought. I don't think it will ever happen, but I can dream.

PVD may be limited by runway length. MHT or BDL, however could easily handle a fully-loaded 757 on a hot summer day. And then, there's always the opportunity of going head-to-head with what-ever-is-left of US Airways out of PHL, too!
