Oh yeah, people are SO ticked off at WN. Must be why there were only about 2000 or 3000 people in the check-in line at BWI yesterday morning when I went through the lobby. Yeah, that customer unhappiness is really cutting into their business. No doubt about it.

i was looking at the numbers...
 
southwest was last in mbr
 
last in on time performance 
 
but still had a less than 1.00 (i think it was .39) customer complaints...  
 
i guess you really can fool some people all the time...  lol
