We are gathering together as many incidents of irregularies as possible from customers and employees to demonstrate US's current unreliability (the Comsumer Reports survey and DOT numbers not withstanding.) What is unclear about that?

I glanced at the article and saw it was completely unrelated to the mission of FFOCUS and this current gathering of information (as clarified in my previous post.)

I do not take free flights, but I do earn award travel based on the mileage of the numerous paid flights I take.
